The report offers a complete overview of all π₯ incoming and π€ outgoing calls.
When you expand a record, you can see all the π events that occurred during that specific call, such as:
βοΈ Which option the caller selected in the IVR menu
π± Which devices rang during the call
π·οΈ Which prefix was sent
πββοΈ Who answered the call
π Who ended the call
You can also view:
π¬ Voicemails that were recorded
